Barefoot Coalition

Rooted in nature · United in purpose

A movement of people choosing to live authentically, serve others, and build genuine community — reconnecting with God, one another, and creation.

What barefoot represents

The name is symbolic.

Being barefoot is about walking honestly before God and with other people — free from the masks, titles, and expectations that so often divide us.

Why we exist

People were made for connection.

We were created to live in authentic relationship with God, with one another, and with creation. Modern life pulls the other way — toward isolation, distraction, and division.

Barefoot Coalition exists to restore a simpler, healthier, more connected way of living through faith, service, community, and shared experience. The work is mostly ordinary: removing the unnecessary barriers that keep people apart.

It is not primarily an app or an organization. It is a movement of people who decided to show up for each other.
What we value

Core values

How we live it

Life together, outdoors and in.

The Coalition gathers around real things — trails and campfires, shared meals and shared work, neighbors helped and skills passed on.

The emphasis is participation — not attendance.

Where this fits

One expression of a larger vision.

Barefoot Coalition is part of the United Under God family — the everyday culture and community where these values actually get lived out.

Come along

Take your shoes off. Come as you are.

No titles required, no performance expected. Just people willing to walk honestly, serve freely, and build something real together.
